Is it possible to take a skin graft from your buttocks and transplant it onto someone who isn't related to you? Arse skin for a friend.
If so then i want skin grafts from my butt, transplant them to those that talk shit about me...So everytime they speak they're kissing my ass.

My granddad had skin grafts on his face and scalp after an gas explosion. He asked for the skin to be grafted from his arse, so he could have some hair up there again

I'm not sure but I don't think you can from just anyone. Skin is an organ so the donor would have to be a match to the recipient and then they'd have to take immunosuppressive drugs for life

I am lucky when I was burned over 65% of my body it was only second degree and didn't require grafts. The treatment I received involved cadaver skin attached with over a thousand staples.
