I only see one denied pic. My guess is pic quality but I see what you were going for, an artistic expression. Whenever something like that happens you can ask support to look at it.

I only see 1 pic that the Initial approval was rejected my guess would be because even though it's a creative shot it's blurred by the shower door. Only a guess but I see no other reason
