tip
If I say I'm going to do something, I'll do it! You don't need to remind me every 6 years! tongue
Lol like what?
Well, I finally painted my front door and today I changed the bulb in my electric fire! Yeah, I'm a classy bastard, I know tongue

In my defence, I had to make two phone calls that involved talking to actual people, so that really took it out of me! I needed time to recover wink

Was it the talking to the two people or the combination of buttons you had to push to reach them?
First one was a massive combination of buttons. Second one was "we'll get someone to call you back". That was 48 hours ago - still waiting!
You could be waiting weeks
As long as it's not all in vain!

On a positive note, I charged someone £20 for a bit of remote computer assistance. Two days later I received a cheque for £30 - Result!

The first one was to order my new phone, so that had a happy ending in a couple of days. The second one was about getting a free repair done on my car. So, yeah, could be a long wait...
Free and repair....hmmm yeah right....

I have one of those on my silly hybrid car, it could overheat in certain conditions.....what? Like driving up the side of a volcano....
So when you buy new phones now, you get a happy ending!
A one iPhone?
Mine was recalled 3 years ago to have a new airbag cannister fitted. Now it's been recalled again because they have a better inflation device! I don't crash much so no ruch.
And I've been thinking about a happy ending, just to try out the camera! LOL And no iPhone - never know what it's looking at or listening to!
Lots of cars over here have been recalled for the same reason. The faulty capsule can fire shards of metal into your face!
That was basically it. Probably a generic part used by lots manufacturers.
Yep, friend had to have driver's airbag capsule changed, then a year later, the passenger one. Why not do them at the same time? Seems daft to me.
Passenger one I had done. I'm guessing they didn't know about the passenger one at the time. Still, recalling a 14 year old car to upgrade a part that works? Can't be cheap!

Thanks for reminding me, I need an oil change!!
