The first one was to order my new phone, so that had a happy ending in a couple of days. The second one was about getting a free repair done on my car. So, yeah, could be a long wait...
Mine was recalled 3 years ago to have a new airbag cannister fitted. Now it's been recalled again because they have a better inflation device! I don't crash much so no ruch.
Passenger one I had done. I'm guessing they didn't know about the passenger one at the time. Still, recalling a 14 year old car to upgrade a part that works? Can't be cheap!
