I just love it when I have a customer who thinks they know more about pest control then me Not, oh I googled it.
Isn't it often the case? I once served a £1000/bottle white wine. The client asked for ice despite the ice bucket where the bottle was. My heart bled watching him put ice cubes into his glass of wine.
