Red Leicester cheese is totally over rated
I’ve only ever found one recipe I like it in. Beyond that, I never buy it. Wow - that’s more agreeable than I’ve been all day!

red cheese?
It’s like tasteless mild cheddar but bright orange. The red is just a lie. Men named it I reckon.

Okay what’s Cornish Yarg - never heard of it?
Cornish Yarg is a nettle wrapped semi hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish milk. Tangy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core. Very mild, yet delicious, Melle : )
