Thanks for this, I'd almost forgotten to renew my premium, the reminders every ten minutes weren't enough. Seriously considering letting my membership lapse as a direct result.

I have no problem with seeing the reminder when I first log in but to get it every ten minutes is ridiculous, I've been premium ten years and seriously getting fed up with all the pop ups.

Oh and I was getting the seven day reminder when I actually had eight days to go. It's annoying to say the least. It was happening recently with the videochat and the couples profiles.

In status a user can't spam and repeat the same status/message every 10 minutes...yet that's what the pop ups basically are.

Videochat is off for prems now and I think couples is super rare - will check. Prem reminder is set to run 7 days out it's done on GMT so thats why it might have appeared as 8 for you maybe

I agree with Mark. Once each time you log in is a good reminder and doesn't become annoying to the extent that it actually becomes a disincentive.

I think that is acceptable NN......Most other sites (not that I visit many other sites anymore) bombard you constantly with pop ups and ads running on the sides of thier sites.
