Sometimes what we think is depression might be something else. The mind is pretty complex but there is help out there. Never give up finding your way out.
Might be a good idea to see a doctor and rule a few things out, like thyroid issues. A blood test can offer a lot of clues. Might be a good idea to keep a mood journal for a bit.
