I'm about to plug in my Windows 11 update.

I thought I'd get my usual business done today first.

If you don't hear from me for a few days you'll know something went wrong.

Bought a flash drive that contains what I need for Windows 11.

More tomorrow.

I kept getting errors on my computer every time I tried to download Windows 11.

This has been going on for a year.

Today I downloaded some software to fix the error.

Took about 2 hours.

When it was finished on the repair,

I tried to download Windows 11 again.

The error is still there.

I'm beginning to think Windows wants me to buy a new computer that already has Windows 11 installed.

Just what someone on a fixed budget wants to hear.

At age 19, I took some cash ($10.00) from the register where a friend worked.

I never got caught and my friend didn't get in trouble.

A few months later I was fired from my job because money went missing from the register where I worked

and since I worked alone I was considered guilty.

A couple of days later my boss called to tell me they had caught the culprit - a 10 year old kid who hung out in the store all the time.

He never apologized.

He didn't say I could have my job back.

So I thanked him for telling me and hung up the phone.

I grew up with that guy.

I went to church with that guy.

Somehow my past character wasn't enough.

So I went on.

Later I realized karma had paid me a visit for what I had done a few months prior.

Lesson learned (as usual) the hard way.
