its easier to manage a 2-3 people who have a clear understanding of the sites objectives than it is to manage dozens of people who have their own interpretation, understanding or objectives for NN.
My experiences with live support have always been very positive, I find them very polite and extremely efficientI The mod system in place at the moment seems just fine to me.
I've always thought that mods should not be members and if support are underused then they could be trained as mods. It will negate any bias which there definitely is.
Returning member here- Live support was vastly unhelpful on my last account in helping resolve my issue, even said they sent email directly to NN. I never got a reply. Frustrating to say the least!
