oOoOoOoOoO did not one, but TWO bad ass cakes today, and figured i'd brag some more

i've finally learned to take the pics of the cakes BEFORE i write on them, so i can post em asap...the laptop cake is comming....promise

and another sweet one...hehehehhee

we were in the tattoo shop this weekend (in case no one noticed all the fresh ink) and as soon as my eyes set on this, i knew i had to have it for scary... promised myself i'd post it asap, cuz i know she'll love it...

if yer ever in the huntsville area, and feel the need to get some ink (or is that just me with those urges?) be sure to go to devotion and ask for either jeff or shayna. jeff being the extremely talented and omg so hot owner who was cool enough to let me take a piccy of his original old school flash. and shayna being the equally talented and omg SO MUCH HOTTER chick who preformed her talents on dummy and i, tho not the talents i'd wished i could get her to preform..hehehehhehe

anyway here it is scary....yer dream girl

So Poggy's party was this past weekend, and as everyone can tell it was awesome. We wound up staying 4 nights with pog and msB, and made a million memories, not to mention a billion lil inside jokes "check yer laces kricket". My thanks and love to both of them for sharing their home and their hearts with me. And for giving me the place where i finally got to meet face to face with my dummy.

...i couldn't even begin to explain the feelings i have in me right now...the happiness at remembering the look in his eyes after he kissed me the first time, or the sadness when it hits me that he's not here with me right now...

and then i realize i've been staring at this screen for a good 20 minutes, lost in memories... g'night everyone

k, so i actually made it, 5 hours and over 300 miles...on the interstate!!!! whooohooo me!!! i beat poggy home by a few minutes....and he greeted me properly with a shot of 151. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

dummy just left his house and in 7 short hours i'll get to see ma racer...

figured ya'll would want to know that i actually didn't have any panic attacks while driving and made it safe n sound.

Most of you know I was transfered from one of the busiest bakeries in the district, to the absolute slowest bakery in the district. They did this so i can learn all the paperwork and bullshit i need to know to be promoted to manager. Ya'll know how hyper i get, i need that excitement, the asses n elbows, gotta get it down NOW, can't stop to talk-busy-busy-busy. i need 5 wedding cakes in one day plus 30 other various birthday cakes AND the walk in orders. i need to mix 400 lbs of dough. now i'm lucky if i get one wedding cake a month, and mix 80 lbs of dough. this past labor day weekend was our last hurrah...we're now going to get REALLY REALLY slow. i'm talkin scrubbing the walls daily cuz there's nothing else to do slow.

so today, when a lady came in and was talkin to my decorator about making a cake shaped like a laptop, i felt that old fever again. i quickly butted in on their conversation as my decorator was saying she didn't think she could help her. omg, let me do it! my mind's racing with ideas on how to cut it, if each key should be labeled, and all the little details i need to include, the apple (which i'll have to make into another fruit, prolly a cherry, due to copywrite laws) cd rom slot. oh! and dummy'll appreciate this, the lady want's it hot pink!

so yea, look for pictures next sunday, cuz i know this cake's gonna ROCK...

Less than half a month, a little more than two weeks. And i'll be making a road trip up north (somewhat haha)to finally meet in person someone who's become very special to me. We've been through alot together already, and we'll have to go through alot more before we reach our desired outcome. The logistical and monetary nightmares of falling for someone 800 miles away isn't lost on either of us (but the phone company must LOVE us). But it is what it is. I'm putting all that aside for now, and just living in the moment, enjoying the ride. It doesn't help to think of the future when the future is so damn uncertain anymore. Then again, was it ever really certain to begin with?

Also, in 15 days, i'll be meeting some dear friends who i've met throu NN. I can't wait for real live hugs and kisses from you all.

So, until then, i'll have to settle for dreaming of the first kiss, the first touch of his hand. and until then, i'll be counting the days down like a kid waiting for christmas.

So I didn't realize the cable t.v and internet were in mr.'s name, until he let it slip that he'd called and canceled the service last week. grrrrrrrrr.....lucky he told me before i paid the bill up, let him deal with it now.

4 days.....4 looooooooong days without ma net fix, without ma NN fix, without all my lovely friends, and without seeing ma dummy. i was twitching after the first few hours....

but now it's back on, and in ma name, and i'm back. yay!!
