It's so hard right now!!! (Trying to give up smoking that is)
That is hard indeed! Hope you succeed! If not don't beat yourself up, many like you before & many after face the same struggle.

That's pretty good I'd say Alan. The nicotine spray is even more ewwk that the gums. It literally burns your mouth leaving a nasty taste

I knew a mom who only smoked when she was on holiday. I was somehow uncertain as to why? If you don't feel the craving, don't have the addition daily, why take smoking as holiday hobby?

I don't know really. I just think of you dont feel the need the must smoke for 3 months or more... I mean it's great she could stop each end of holidays.
