I used to abhor driving in the summer heat. You shower, shave and put on nice clothes to go somewhere, only to break out in a sweat in a hot car. No more! It is nice to drive around in AC, further chilling to satellite radio. I'm starting to like summer again. ~ | ||||||

I have Thursday through Sunday off from work for the 4th of July. I think a good part of that time will be spent finding out how to operate all of the controls on my new car. My last car simply had Heat/AC, radio and cruise control. Welcome to the 21st Century! | ||

My old car is in bad shape, so I started looking online for a replacement. Found a used Chevy Impala at a local car dealer for $6,600.00 So I bought it. Online. I pick it up tomorrow. The internet can be a wonderful place sometimes. | ||||||

I found out how much it costs to have a strut replaced on my car. For $3,000 to $5,000 more dollars I can get a quality used car. The choice is not difficult. ~ | ||

My old 1993 Chevy Lumina two door coupe is hurting. I've needed a door latch for the driver's side for quite a while and even though I've searched junk yards and the internet (where a lot of places advertise they've got all the old parts), it's still an ongoing struggle. Now I have a bad rear strut. It's driveable if I'm careful. I will be getting that fixed next week. I will be watching my money fly away sadly.  | ||
