Thursday, September 11, 2014, 11:23:35 PM- Me Again :(

Well yesterday, had a pretty good day - I went to 2 foodbanks with a friend so I could help her (did get a few things for me and Rocky). Then when we came out of 1 food bank she reversed the car (that was fine) then put the car in drive and the car kept going back, luckily enough the car did not go into a concrete bollard behind the car. Told her to stay there and I went and found some one to see if he could help ......... he got in the car and repeated what we did and the same thing happened, then he put it in drive once more and the car went the right way lol...... so we got in and came straight home, the car was ok today also????
Anyway when my friend got me home we unpacked and hugged and then off she went (she only lives round the corner to us) .... I started up the steps and carried the bags in - when I opened the door for my last jaunt Harvey the cat dashed out before I could get hold of him, damn and blast. I got indoors and grabbed his treats and shook the bag a few times and called him - he came closer - I started down the steps and then 'ouch' I fell down the steps and landed on my arse on a step and on the metal runner that runs across each step and my back crashed onto the upper step

... I cried out ********(expletives) but there was no one there. I managed to sit on the stair and just waited for Rocky to get home as I could not get up by myself - I needed help, my cell phone was indoors so I could not phone any one - Rocky's home time anyway lol. 20 minutes I waited. In the meantime the cat did jump up on the porch and came when I called him and sat on my lap for a while

So that was my day done did lol.
I took some painkillers to help me able to sleep and relax and dull some of the pain. This morning I woke up stiff and achy - still am a bit.
Anyway I did bake and make some rice pudding with sultana's in and some Banana nut muffins, just to make myself do something and keep me busy - did all that by 9.30 am....
Now I can smell dinner in the oven - time I went and peeled some spuds - we got pork roast with carrots and black eyed peas with a nice leek sauce/gravy

Went for a walk locally today with hubby and when we came back we just managed to water the plants and get indoors and then the heavens opened and stormed for a little while,

Did the laundry today just 2 loads darks and light colours.
While we were folding up the dry stuff I fell down/collapsed and landed on my left side - I have a headache and my left top of arm and my left thigh/hip are sore - dunno if it is carpet type burns but bloody well seems like it - no rash is showing yet but it is probably under the skin anyway. I am ok just a bit tired and sore.
Luckily enough Rocky was with me and he helped me get back up and walked me into the living room. I cried because I feel so useless and emotional when it happens.
I would of done all this in a couple of minutes before but now, .....
I feel useless with this MS and I do try and forget I have it - until I can't do things that I used to.

Well, guess that my rant for today.

Will be my Mum's Birthday tomorrow 28th August, sadly she succumbed to bone cancer on 13th March 2013.
I miss her a lot even if I did not get to see her for a few years beforehand, I think of her a lot, I cry.
