As far as I can tell yes, You can buy them to gift premium to someone or you can earn them in different ways. Getting people to join or performing on cam are the only ways I know.
You may say that MG, but nobody's making you use them. That's more than kind to me, more like phenomenal. (And yeah, I'd be in the cluster, just to hear you talking.. love your voice)
