From the 57yo point of view, not a thing, from the 24yo point of view, I think it depends on what she expects from it and what she might be giving up. As far as your family and friends go, ask them.

I have a n*ph*w who married a woman 17 years his senior and they have been married about 25 years now. And you bet the relationship raised a few eyebrows in the beginning.
