Oxford stated in tier 2....Thankfully! So the wine bar, sauna, jacuzzi and gym are staying open! (Yes; in that order! What’s your point??)
All things being equal, we will be a free country in two weeks time unless the establishment "gets" to Boris in the meanwhile and he sells us out.
