Whatever you do Macro, don't make the mistake to delete your profile. I was away a few years but didn't delete my profile and pleased I didn't.

FWIW, I like the idea of suggesting both options for members here. Verification removes doubt as to posting consent and I think that's a very good thing in a place like this.
