Its now 5:40pm and this is the first time I have sat down all day, and my feet are killing me now I have stopped...lol

BUT, I have a very clean fridge (in fact it has never shined so much since I bought it!!) living room all tidy, polished and hoovered, bathroom is gleaming....I have done the banking, the messages and taken a load of stuff to the dump and binned a whole load of junk that has been cluttering up the house.

Now I have stopped I just realised I've not eaten all day, but my b/f is on that one...spaghetti bolognese cooking as I speak....and damn, it smells really good!

I think I'm due a break, watch out chat room....here I come....

I'm just back from clearing out my gran's flat since she has had to go into a nursing home. It really made me feel sick having to do that but it had to be done.

What is also pissing me off is the way my aunts are squabbling over my gran's money. Now it aint a lot of money and none of them really need more money anyway, my dad has washed his hands of them and doesn't want any of it. The fact is he has power of attourney (or whatever it is) anyway and is seriously pissed off with their vulture like behaviour right now and he has made it clear he neither wants nor needs her money. That isn't good enough for them though and they wanna start divvying it up already!!

I mean, she has only went into care and she IS STILL with us so WTF is up with these women I once looked up to.

Yeuukkkkk....thats how I have been feeling all day today. It is all entirely self-inflicted though so I don't expect sympathy...lol

I suppose its all worth it after having a brilliant night out last night. I think I got home at about 5:30 am this morning and I fell asleep on the couch when I got in. Okay I probably just fell on the couch and passed out...(closer to the reality)

I had a guy trying to chat me up as we left the pub last night, and I swear he only looked like he was NEARLY 18....the next thing I knew he had his driving license out trying to prove he was 22.....lol...yeah like I can read that in the state I was in.
After trying that I couldnt believe when he got his cock out right there on the street asking me if I wanted to go round the corner with him.....LMFAO...

I think that was the point when I grabbed my mates b/f and told him to make out he was my b/f and pretend to snog me....so we were standing on the street kidding on we were kissing and I had a little peek to see where my young guy was.....He was standing right behind my mates b/f with his mouth wide open watching us. So I whispered that was where he was and told him we had to make it look good....

It didnt make much difference though and he followed us right along the street till we got to our friends house...

Party time!!!

Its amazing what a little bit of sunshine can do. I feel so good today, I'm just back from running a couple of errands, I think I will go and wash and hoover the car out then go get some messages, maybe visit some friends.

Then I think I will take some time to get all glammed up and treat myself to a much needed night out...

Well, we took my mum out for a meal last night for Mothers Day. We all had a great night of good food, lots of drink and lots of good talk and much needed laughter. After the last few days I've just had it was some much needed therapy.

My kids stayed at a friends house last night so I got my Mothers Day cards and pressies last night. I had to forego the breakfast in bed since they weren't here, which was probably for the best since I didn't feel fit to eat breakfast this morning. It has been such a great day today too, lol...no offence to my kids but they stayed at my friends all day and only just got back 20 minutes ago but I have had the most peaceful, relaxing and QUIETEST days I have had in the longest time.

I was sitting in chat last night and I must have rested my head on the desk for 5 minutes......well, it actually turned out to be more like 4 hours. I woke up with a very dead arm and a sore forehead...lol.

Geezzz...I've not done that in ages, but at least I woke up to a nice friendly chat room and lots of nice hot guys to be pervin.....and speaking of that..

A conversation I was having earlier today reminded me of a really funny thing that happened to me and my friend when we were younger.

I think we must have been about 14/15 years old at the time. We lived really close to each other but separating our houses was a little river with a bridge running over between the houses. There was a lot of trees on either side of the river and one right next to the bridge had a great big branch that ran parallel to the bridge.

It was great fun because we discovered that you could climb off the bridge and stand on the branch and bounce away all day, holding the bridge to balance yourself. We all used to hang around (literally) on this bridge day and night and take turns on the branch.

Now one of the things everybody used to do was pretend that they were falling (yep, the old "Cry Wolf" story). You would duck down and scream and then kill yourself laughing when everybody came running over to "rescue" you.

This day, my friend was on the branch and I was sitting at the bottom waiting my turn....but she wouldn't move, so I decided to just climb up and we both spent a very funny 10 minutes or so giggling and watching the water below us. The next thing we heard was a loud cracking sound before the branch really did fall away from underneath us, leaving us both dangling from the bridge by our finger-tips (and i really mean finger-tips only).

Our friend was standing at the other side of the bridge laughing at us but not believing any of our cries for help. After dangling there for what seemed the longest time, I decided to try and get a better grip by quickly taking one hand hold off for long enough to grab a better hold on the bridge.

As you can probably guess this didn't work and I was the first to fall through the air (it seemed to take ages before i landed). Luckily it had been raining pretty hard for a few days and the river was well up so my landing was okay, I managed to half swim and half drag myself onto the banking when my mate decided "Well, if she can do it so can I!"

She had the sense to pinch her nose and just let go all in one motion for her fall. By this time our other friend realised that we were not joking and ran over to look down at us staggering around on the bankings below.

The best bit of the story was that I was scared to go home, and not because I had fallen off the bridge, but because my mum had just bought me new clothes that I was wearing and I thought she would kill me for getting them soaking and filthy.

I don't know why I'm sharing this now, but it is one of those things that I still get a really big laugh out of, even now!!
