The Mods cannot catch every pic that is suspect. I just took a gander at your pics & wonder if any of those women know they are on this site. You should view it as a concern.
Yes, others post the same suspect pics, but unless the mods are alerted, how can they delete them? They cannot catch every pic. We as members need to help them and hit the alert button.
