I've had a cold since last Friday. Tweaked my back at work on Tuesday. So yes, it's been a difficult week. As of today (Thursday in the U.S.) my cold is dissipating and my back (through my practice of yoga) is coming back to it's old form. Patience is indeed a virtue. ~ | ||||||

... REDLIGHT! A game we used to play as children. If you don't know it: One person is "it". Everyone else starts out in a line and advances until the "it" person says "1,2,3 REDLIGHT! Everyone must freeze where they are until the "it" person says "GO!" The object is to be the first person to tag the "it" person and take over as "it". A children's game, I know. But last night I dreamed everything had stopped. Planes in the air, cars, people, birds and animals (the dog peeing was exceptionally funny). It eerily quiet. And then I woke up. Odd, eh? ~ | ||
