Stopped into the local barbershop Friday for a trim. Barbers talk... a lot! lol One of the reasons I love barbershops is because it's one of the last places men can go and just be men. Any way, my barber said something simple, yet deep while I was there. He said: "I believe that the vast majority of people in the world are good people. I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, eating what's good for me and working out three times a week, plus walking every day. BUT... On a three day weekend, I will eat and drink anything and everything that is NOT good for me. Some people will say no, but I call it living. As the old song says: Go on and do it, do it, do it 'till you're satisfied (whatever it is)! | ||
