I turned 40, crap how did I get to be what I felt was so old?
I took a long look inwards, reviewing my life, my physical appearances. I was tired, mentally, physically and emotionally.
I knew something needed to change.
So I talked to my Dr and i was diagnosed with mild depression, he then scheduled a physical and a stress test. My Dr. was surprised at how well I did on the stress test considering the physical shape I was in. We discussed diet and excercise and I admitted I am a lazy person. He looked me in the eyes and said "B. if you want to live longer than your parents did, you need to take better care of you body". "There isn't any magic pill, You have to burn more calories than you take in."
With that I was on my way....... And I was not happy..
