... another odd dream: I was watching a basketball game played by strange rules. At the start of the game, for the first minute, only one player from each team was on the court. After the first minute, it was two from each team and so on until it was five on five. With 5 minutes to go in the game, it was reversed until the last minute was again just one player left from each team. Weird, but Ithink i'd like to see a game played that way. (shrugs) | ||||||

My new neighbor and I have talked quite a bit off and on since she moved in. 40 years of age difference and no, I'm not contemplating hitting on her. It's just nice to be able to relate to someone young enough to be my grandaughter. Which now, in my sometmes twisted brain, poses a question : I wonder if her grandmother attended school here at the local university? Might she be the grandaughter of my soul mate?  | ||

In my younger days (my twenties), I had curly hair and a big thick mustache like Tom Selleck... hairy chest, too. Recently, on ESPN classic channel, they've been showing the old 'Battle of the Network Stars' originals from the 1970s and 1980s. It's been a real treat for me, a wonderful trip down memory lane. So it's no small wonder that I awoke from a funny dream this morning... I was walking around a swimming pool and everyone thought I was Tom Selleck. lol If only! ~ | ||

I've been out of high school a long time. Recently on FB, I posted a picture of the cover for my senior yearbook. I was surprised to hear how many of my classmates have lost their yearbooks. I did an extensive search today for an hour online, and the best I could find was only one on Amazon for $62.50. Classmates.com will reprint for $99.95. I shared the info on FB, but will continue to search. I believe it's time to do some legwork and start hitting the used bookstores. Things like this do make me a bit obsessive. ~ | ||
