At one time I owned a 1966 Pontiac Catalina. Two door, fire engine red with a white hard top and all red interior. A sweet ride, with a back seat you could (and I sometimes did on road trips) sleep in comfortably. Last night I dreamed I had the car back, except now it was a convertible. I was cruising the streets, very happy. I awoke with a smile on my face. ~ | ||

High winds moved through our state Saturday into Sunday. 50 to 60 mph wind gusts that knocked out power to thousands of residents. Luckily, I got out to run errands early in the day and spent Saturday night listening to the windows rattle with each new gust. When Mother Nature wants to really blow, she will humble you. ~ | ||
