limiting the number of blogs...

Could NN add a few new features to blogs? I/we was thinking..
1) Could there be a cap on the number of blogs allowed by members in a 24 hour period?
2) and this a borrowed idea not my own..but an alert moderator button on blogs? This might help with the problems in blogland these last few months

I seriously would like to see the BLOCK feature extended to INCLUDE the WHOLE blog not just the comments section, If I do NOT wish to read the DRIBBLE, I would like to be able to BLOCK the blog.

Don't really care about capping the number of blogs. I'd rather see a cap on the number of status updates. I know I can block them, but my list will just about include every faker, spammer and cam girl, not to mention the lonely guy who posts every minute.

Limiting the number of blogs wont work because people like Mrs.Ohio Lullabies will just make more profiles...Just like she did as Northern Star

No doubt there are some that think limits should be imposed... but again they already have two profiles and can make more.... Seaxun made a comment in his blog about Americans being up for free speech and hes right...

But the person he was addressing is not American but rather Canadian pretending to be American...

Not to mention being a complete hippocrit who believes only speech she agrees with should be allowed...

Which is ironic since on her northern star profile she writes..

Since its already a rule about multiple profiles being deleted...

Start with.... Mrs.Ohio Lullabies who is also Northern Star that way she wouldn't have to worry about who blogs, how much or content they don't agree with...

And if shes so interested in blog limits how bout she start by minding her own business?

I actually don't see this as a terrible idea. we should probably all think a little more before we "speak/type". we have limits on the number of photos posted daily so a blog limit makes sense to me.

but until this happens, I just avoid the blogs that'll drive me bonkers.

Considering who started the thread and why... Its not really a valid suggestion and pretty much just someone stirring the pot with a different stick.

Like I mentioned, the rules are already being ignored by members and not enforced by support, so its really kind of pointless to "suggest" not to mention hypocritical for Mrs.Ohio Lullabies/Northern Star of all people to even bring up...

If shes so worried about NN's business maybe she can buy a premium membership? Maybe limit her own posts, comments and number of profiles..

Not that I care, I don't own stock in NN, I just think someone needs to call bullshit on a few trolls....
