My question is why would anyone feign an orgasm? It gives people the wrong impression. If a guy faked it (not sure if that's possible) I would get the feeling that I was awesome or whatever. I would personally rather a guy tell me "hey I'm sorry - why don't we try something else here" rather than him make a huge production and fake it all.
