Im just extremely submissive, and I was looking for a girl who isint to hard on the eyes

Get your ass to the nearest city. I mean it. There is a sad shortage of dominant women, but there's more of them where there's more people. And once you're there, go look up the local BDSM chapter, and start attending munches. Talk to people. Get to know others in the community. Before you know it, you'll find just the girl you're looking for.
