Yep, it's completely normal and in fact most guys' dicks do have a slight bend in one direction, be it up, down, left or right. Mine has a slight bend to the left. I've seen pictures of a guy with like a 90 degree bend in his dick, which I imagine would make sex pretty difficult. I'm pretty sure there's some kind of medical procedure to fix it if it's that serious though.
