So, a prisoner in a state correctional facility identifies as a female, takes hormones and then because the State of Utah fails to pay for reassignment surgery goes and castrates his testicle. The federal DOJ wants Utah to do more to accommodate Gender Dysphoria inmates.
The question is who should care about a convict wanting such needs addressed? They are a convict for a reason and as such denied rights for their crimes.
