True, but my wife and I went through a phase a fair while back where she would strip off and get me to accidently barge in and open the door while others outside got a view of her turn around full frontal naked in feigned surprise while she looked in their eyes to take in their reaction. Maybe in some areas but in the big cities it is not too much different than western cities, you just need to be more selective of your potential audience. At least in the more conservative countries you do get a good reaction and of anything happens, hey it was just an accident.
