masterstoy91	11-Jun-13 17:18:19 several of these I would have loved to be there to comment on, but I will limit my question/comment to a specific one at the moment. 14 you {nn] and hopefully anyone who commented do realize that many mods spend time here to enjoy themselves just like any other member, and with several profiles that have dozens of pages of fake stolen or revenge pictures it would take a mod days to go through some of them. How about a separate higher priority support system for mods to report suspect profiles for support to go through and maybe even delete the whole gallery if they feel the need. But yes I do think mods should look at the gallery not just the reported pictures, and this is for all pictures reported not just ones removed as fakes or revenge...

You and the rest of admin should be the ones who decide if someone is made a mod, stays a mod, or if a mod should be reviewed. You are the one who owns and operates the sites and to allow the general population of the site to decide in any way who becomes a mod is a very slippery slope, I suggested earlier on your status that maybe a mock/test site were mods and mod applicants can not only see what the basic tools are but be tested. meaning you have several pictures that are posted with some reported like we see now as a mod and applicants must delete the ones you already know should be deleted and list why, same with status and anywhere else you have mods deleting such things. Also with voting comes popularity over professionalism and a genuine desire to help the site, which when it comes down to it is why many mods signed up to begin with...

Hick Chick Deluxe	11-Jun-13 20:31:24 2 things Mr NN. First of all I love the chat rooms, I only chat here because I have used many many many chat rooms and NN has the best I have used. The Mods all work to keep commercial and pay sites off here. You have no idea how comforting it is to be able to chat to real people and not have to deal with "cam women" bugging you to death. I know some are not who they say they are but there at least some one there. I love the chat rooms and blogs Mr. NN and thank you for providing them for us people that love to do that. 2) I know you love your Mods but this verification thing real was not fair to some of us. I know for a fact from other Mods that two didn't want me verified and they come with the I had two different sign thing. I had on the same clothes and I was denied because of a sign? I accept the verdict because one had my real name which most every one knows me by "Faith Ann" the other my name on here. So I will take the ruling and be OK with it. I will however never go for the verification again and it is very unlikely I will pay to be a member again. If your photo mods treat every one like me, then you need to think about why people don't renew or join your site. Word of mouth is your worst or best sales tool. Your employees can make you or break you, so I would say careful who you stand behind. I love this site and all its fun things to do, but sometimes your employees can give you sales issues. I have never had in problems from any of your monitors except the pic monitors, and oh well maybe they just don't like me, and that's OK. Just thought it might be something you would like to know. I emailed a mod about a non-paying member who was posting web pics. They deleted the pics, but not the member. ANYONE caught posting the web crap should be deleted immediately, not just the pics. End of story. Rogue Mods? Or NN's favs. Well peeps, that has been going on since I can remember. Think of it this way. Even at work, your bosses have their favorite workers. They won't be fired. End of story. The majority of Mods do a damn fine job, so if one, two or three are out of control, then let's just do as NN has instructed. Copy copy copy. As I have stated a few months ago. When NN was young, Mr. NN was able to combat and control the majority of problems that were brought to his attention. I don't think he imagined the site would get this big. It is phenomenal what he has done. With that growth also comes many faults. So, I would not want to be in his shoes trying to make everyone happy. I do however don't like it when others keep paying to stay and their voices are not heard. NN, you keep asking for screen shots of the violations, but yet they go ignored when they are sent to you. If you ask others to comply to your wishes, then react on those instructions. You have to make a decision on discipline when it comes to not only the members, but the Mods. Put your foot down. We all have to learn our lessons and be put n the time-out chair. You know how I feel about the free-loaders who spend years here posting pics without without being verified and without being premium and not one single penny is being given to the site. Some of these posters advertise on their profiles for numerous promotional activities. If they are promoting for business, then they damn well can pay up! Send time lines to these posters to pay up or get out. If they can earn pennies off of NN they can afford to pay for premium. Stop looking at the amount of members you have and start looking at the quality of members that you have. Quality if better than quantity.

I dont use the block feature much but when I do it seems to give me what I want, as for being able to block mods..why would we want that? unless..we are up to no good and have something to hide..how can they make a judgement call if they cant see both sides? It would be great if NN gave reasons for muting or deleting to the person involved as so many claim they have no idea as too why this has happened to them..a quick email to inform them if they are premium would be effective. NN is a wonderful place to hang out, hats off to you and your crew for keeping it that way :)

There isn't always time to review an entire profile some are rather extensive so rather than putting the onus on a single mod to review the entire gallery how about have the entire gallery flagged and moved to the mod review section. This way the current offending pics are dealt with immediately taking the eyes off of the poster but leaving the rest of the gallery up for inspection.

Your trying I commend you for recognizing the issues, and striving to look for support and action from members....in a nut shell I don't hate any person in NN.... Like most I wonder if they are real or just thick at times..... A mod is there to hopefully be unbiased, unfortunately that seems to be far from the truth ;( but for me it' shows you something if bestinDK is highly thought of in the way you worded your phrases.... But another thinks it's a joke.... Shows you the way some think here... As miss owl said why would this be a joke..... That's the stuff that annoys members Nast sarcastic drivel like that so uncalled for.... Your in control and steer the NN ship so to speak..... Why does someone feel the need to question the possibility of having a review by people on feedback who is recognized as decent fair minded moderator..... Surely respect will be adhered to... Nobody is shallow enough to put the knife into someone's back without reason..... And you will have the most important input at the end, deciding what's right ;).... Trial run see what comes out of a vote or survey if it helps you look for possibilities..... Keep your chin up in sure it will all come good... lennynatural	13-Jun-13 6:41:30 Re financial, I have seen a number of members report they were not able to get their credit card company to accept their charge for this site, probably because of the location of your bank, Cyprus. Have you considered and would it be possible to have an account in Europe and North America so your European and American customers have an easier time getting the charges approved? I know the last time I sent this site money the fraud division of my credit card company called me to verify the charge. I'm guessing a number of your customers get the charge rejected without the courtesy of a phone call from their card company.

happyhumper69	15-Jun-13 23:11:30 regarding the fake pics.....as a mod, when I find web photos posted, I automatically check the rest of the posters gallery. I catch quite a few web pics that way that would otherwise go unnoticed. On a side note NN, can we add a way to flag suspicious profiles so we can keep track of them? I am using the "favorite" button at the moment and I hate having to wade through web porn posters to find my friends new photos.
