first good news i have heard in along time is that they finally have a break in the puppy doe case, if this man really did it, i hope he rots in jail and than the day before he is released he is shanked and left to die in his own cell.

for all of you who dont know, puppy doe was a 1 year old or so female pitbull who was abused badly. she was stabbed in the eye, had her joints pulled apart a number of times, burned and starved among other things. so if what i said above offends any of you, please give me the pro side of the argument that a dog deserved that.

this is probably the hardest blog i will ever write. i will warn all that this isnt gonna be a happy blog and for those like me who love dogs you might not want to read the article i am posting but it has to be spread what happens with people out there and how they need to be stopped.

i have never wanted to hurt a child before but this is just a despicable thing done to a poor puppy and i wish i could have said sorry for humanity to him before he was put down.

again the article isnt one that everyone will want to read but it needs to be spread to spread the message that we as people need to treat animals more humanely. gonna go hug and cuddle my dogs now cuz i am crying really bad that it could have happened to my dogs.

so was given the somewhat clearance to get back into the gym to train. not supposed to go too hard and will be having to get regular check ups til it is healed. not going to be happy in a few months when i was supposed to be at tournaments and i am going to be annoyed if i can not compete.

the people i love to train with are the ones who come in and say one of two things. first is that they see me an overweight guy and they dont think i can throw a punch or know how to handle myself on the mats. i love those guys cuz i can take most guys the first day i get compliments from guys when i train who understand what it takes to be where i am at in this point of my life. the other guys who i love to see come in are the ones who say they want to learn to fight so they can do bar fights. when they ask me if they would be able to fight in a bar fight after training a few times i look at them and think to myself, so your gonna spend hunderds of hours and thousands of dollars to learn that its not that easy??

the people out there who think they can see me and be me or be better than me, you dont see the countless hours i spend on the treadmill or working on my strength. you dont see the hours i have spent learning this craft. those are my favorite people who i meet.
