As a young adult back in the 80s, one thing that had quite an impact on me was Time the Musical. Now that I am considerably older and hopefully just a little wiser, I still believe that the words from the musical's theme, as spoken by Laurence Olivier, are a good guideline to try to live by, and particularly appropriate to this place sometimes....

Just loved the recent tense and very moving TV drama, Broadchurch. The mood was certainly enhanced with the haunting soundtrack by Ólafur Arnalds. Sharing a sample here as this music just resonates with me and the beautifully sad "Beth's Theme" sends shivers down my spine.
