Spent a lot of time at a greyhound track as a kid I grew up around the corner from one. By 9 we knew all the back doors, storage rooms, food vendors and how to earn a dollar of every bookie in the house. My favourite thing though was the dogs, I would wait at the finish line waiting for any trainer that would recognise me and bring the pup over. I had a friend who's dad owened three and I remember how sad it made me that they were kept in cages over concrete in a tiny terrace backyard and when a asked he said " oh it's in there breed they are used to it" bullshit, no way would that dog not prefer a fucking blanket!. Mum came down to the track to get me one weekend and she was really mad walking home, she had overheard a trainer talking about putting one of the dogs down because "she's just not bringing the speed" . And then she told me about the live baiting and my heart was breaking but to my point...... I read this morning that Victoria and NSW are banning the industry ...wow.....big move, brave amazing to stand in that position and call it how is I mean don't quote the figure but around 60,000 dogs have been slaughtered in twelve years for being to slow to keep racing. Disgusting. Hopefully many many people open there doors to taking in the dogs I am going to look in to it for myself. They are such a lovely breed they are docile friendly and couldnt careless if they go for a walk. I am excited, so much so that I'm calling dibs on the name Merle if mr Molly says yes!!!! Good morning glorious Sunday, I have been up and attem early today. Miss sammi has been for a beach run i dipped my toes in the water and in case you were wondering it was fucking cold!!!! Mr Molly is leaving in two days .frowny face. so i have been wearing the poor lad out, he will propably ask to extend his roster just to have time to recover lol. No lie though i even ambushed him in the bathroom for a quickie on the bathroom sink. even now writing im considering sneaking upstairs climbing under the covers and waking him up by running my tounge from his balls to the tip then sliding my lips around him and slowly slide back down to the base. by that point he will wake up for sure and run his fingers in my hair and gently grab a handful of it to guide my head. aggghhh i will miss him lying in my bed in the morning. anyway step away from the sexy man molly.... i have lots to do to occupy my time, the landscaping show must go on, today i have to finish off a timber sleeper garden path i wont get the wall done for lack of rocks which i "collect" from the beach which is another job on my list. A whole lot of plants need potting and cutting. plus there is a shelf of beads wire glue and canvas waiting for my creative motivation to come back (ever since my friend died its been noticibly absent).i think im going to force it back sit down and just art. so yes plenty to do. well yep thats about it oh about a sunday song to part ways i like this one it suits my manic mind xoxo molly xoxo | ||||

So ive have been left with nothing to do today and thought id organise my digital photo albums and came across these. my best friend had been using me as a guinea pig to practice her makeup and photography when she was starting her business. We had so much fun on these days endless laughter and the results were always amazing they are a few years old now and from the more extreme make up shoots we did but are my faves.
