The weather here as been brilliant temp up into double figures, until today which happens to be the day I decided to leave the car at home and walk the four mile to work. Temp is 1 deg cel howling winds and rain, anyone join me lol

Here we are 5am and into the exercise routine again. The service went really well yesterday,phew. Nothing now for two weeks, yipee. It's been a busy start to the year preaching every Sunday and working full time too. Going to my pilates class tonight, nice to get the muscles streched out after weight lifting. That's another service nearly ready to deliver on Sunday, phew, fucking hard work hope they appreciate it. I must say that they usually do,they are lovely people and I get lots of positive feedback. Was at the gym last night and just getting ready to go to the gym again, I must be mad lol.

Shit!!! another day and more early morning exercises, not the sexual ones either. I mean pumping iron and a work out on my Nordic Ski track, pant pant pant. Dripping with sweat so away for a shower before breakfast and then another exciting day at the office. Kassie,further to your comment I woudl love press ups in bed but I am married so the possibility is pretty remote, lol
