Was at the gym last night at a body pump class, just getting ready to go for some weight lifting this morning. Plan to wash the car when I come home

) Then I suppose it will be shopping with her who has to be obeyed lol. Plan going out for a nice meal tonight, aahhhh what a busy life lol

Bloody hell it's been ages since my last update. What have I done? loads of things, like church services, decorating, DIY see the pics for proof lol. I did my first funeral service a short while ago, it was good practice because I had to do my father's one the following week

It may sound a strange thing to do but I enjoyed it, it was the last thing I could do for him. Keeping up with the exercises, loads of gym work and Pilates, phew tired out speaking about it lol Take care friends away to work xx

My wife and I walked 25 miles yesterday for charity. Been to the gym this morning to loosen up again and just setting out for a stroll round the village to play with my camera before the holiday next week. Hope to be as good as MD at taking pictures one day, little chance of that I think as he is really good. Take care folks catch up with you all later. Hope Sheepy makes it home from France, disease free lol

When I shave my nuts I usually do it in the bath. This morning after exercising I thought, quick shave in the shower, OUCH!!!!! fuck, shit, nicked me fucking scrotum with the razor, blood everywhere. It is stinging like fuck now, I need help to sooth the pain lol

Well that's two weeks of early mornings doing my exercises, gym three times a week, walking to work and back which is a round trip of about seven miles. What weight have i lost? fucking NOTHING. Oh well at least I feel better lol.
