Shit it's been ages since I wrote on here.

Had a funny few months - suddenly lost one of the most important people in my life (am still getting my head around that), lost weight (better!) and have just been working hard and enjoying life with Mr McB.

Haven't taken pics for ages but now I've lost a bit of weight, I might just start posting again

Hello fellow NNers! Shit it's been ages since I blogged and sadly not much has happened since the last entry! How dull am I?!

Getting ready for Christmas now - got a half day tomorrow so I can go for a traditional knees up with mates tomorrow afternoon, then heading to my mum Christmas Eve so we can have Christmas Day with her.

I am upping my game and being a lot more active than I've been for a while. I am trying to exercise every day now and it's working. Am taking it easy, looking at how much I do over a week, not every day... and that seems to be maintaining momentum!

I have a big birthday early next year and want to make sure that I am fitter than I've been for quite some time!

Spent a great day catching up with family and now the McBoobs are going to chill out together and veg on the sofa! Hope you all have nice evenings too x

Oh it's hot... well 20 degrees at the moment, which is hot for us, at 9pm...

I know some of my US friends are going to take the proverbial out of me for saying 20 degrees is hot, when they are probably frying eggs on their patios/knees/other bits as I type this!

It has been ages since I posted here - am so crap these days.

Am waving off Mr McB for a just over a week as he heads off to do some fun work for a while. He is however taking the camera so no new bored pic taking for me this week lol.

I feel a bit lardy and unattractive at the moment truth be told so am not really thinking about pic taking. I don't get like that very often so know I need to pull my socks up and start exercising again and being vaguely healthy.

Have a big birthday coming up next year too so want to be slim and lovely by then - not sure I have quite enough time but will give it a go!

Tonight I have an Indian meal to eat - Mr McB doesn't do Indian so it's a nice treat - and then down to some healthy eating and exercise (or is that exorcism?).

COUCH POTATO BE GONE!!!!
