They put it on sale, just cheap enough that it's $1 short of qualifying for free shipping. To get free shipping I have to spend $1 more except they don't have anything for a $1.
The marketing dept has gotten into your head! Is it worth waiting and struggling to find something just to fall for "free" or are you content with your order to pay for shipping that is probably less
