Brits after one sunny day, everybody outside, let's bbq everything. After 2 days, lets get an icecream and run through a sprinkler. Three days, please make it stop!!!
What can I say! I'm a Brit, weather fascinates me, I need to know what is happening, about to happen as I have 2 horses, to rug or not to rug, keep outside or stable...: )
Men...it's sunny I'm going to get the BBQ out, never normally cook, think they can BBQ , no you can't BBQ is an art form, far harder than using a grill or oven.
Barbecues are often the cause of cross-contamination. When raw meat juices mix with cooked or ready-to-eat food this can lead to food poisoning. Charred sausages, raw inside charcoal on the outside>
Of course, what we think of Hot over here is more is more in tune with Hot for Us. Lots of places that get even hotter. It's just a shock to the system over here !
True Raven, I have been to hotter countries, Perth, Western AUS was 44Cº when I arrived, hated every minute of being , but a dry heat, Brisbane..another matter, tropical sweaty,,,yuck
Dry, Burning Heat, the type that can burn your lungs if you breath it in. Not Nice. Not Nice at all...Perhaps Jungle Heat with Humidity is the best of the two...
Well One wonders were all these thunderstorms are. We have managed to dodge them all. Not a drop of rain for some time now.... They must be very very patchy...
