I suppose what I'm doing is attempting to redevelop what was taken in the fight with cancer . Once my prostate was removed , there is only urine . That was a year ago and although things are dryer , there will never be a load shot from this gun . I will never feel the intensity of orgasm as it was before the removal of what I refer to as my third nut and the most important of the three .
