clittylicker	15-Apr-16 23:57:42 As a minor aside here, when you get a chance NN after the smoke has cleared on this current shitstorm, could you give us an idea what "powers" the Support ladies have? For instance, I find it strange that when a user contacts them, they have to ask "What is your user name?" It now seems that they also don't have any sort of "hotline" to you and as a consequence we are being encouraged to flood your inbox with PMs in this sort of situation, instead of being able to filter them through live support.

That is the reason I, for one, didn't PM you!

I understand the confusion. However support should have asked a simple question, "Which site?"

NN	16-Apr-16 4:31:35 when photos are removed they are removed. we do however use a CDN (content delivery network) to serve all photos and videos whichs means that it can take up to 5 days for photos to be purged from the delivery nodes.
