so alot of my friends have known dfor awhile that i have had a hand issue. i cant close it too well without shooting pain going all the way up to my right shoulder. i originally thought it was broken, well i finally wussed up and went to see a dr friend of mine and ask his medical opinion, well the way it feels he said is no break so thats good news. bad news then? it could be one of two things, a bone spurr or a sever jam. he said i cant do kickboxing for maybe a month or two but can still do jiu jitsu so thats nice i guess.i will keep people informed when i know more.

havent really posted a new blog in awhile that was my own thougths so thought since i cant sleep why not?

so where to begin? well work is kinda hit or miss right now with our busy season coming to an end and slower season starting soon. finally getting back into mma on a more regular basis, was invited to training camp of a fighter to help but had to refuse since cant leave work that long. got invited to help teach a advanced kids class for mma at the school i attend so that will be fun, i hope. havent been posting pics much lately, kinda feel unsexy after working or working out. i do plan on posting 1 or 2 for a special someone on the site since she asked. i have posted a few videos of me online at youtube doing bjj and mma if anyone is interested let me know. cant really think of anything else at this time so will just say thanks for reading and enjoy the day.

so got asked this question today on here, '' what got you started doing that mma stuff?'' my first reaction was i did it for fun, but the truth is i did it to piss my parents off. they never thought i would keep at it and so when i have done it now going on 3-4 years i think they realize it is something i love. yes i did take some time off when i was unemployed but now that i realize why i did love it to begin with i just need to get healthy and then will be back into it like i used to.

I know he hasn't been with us for awhile now but I just noticed his profile was deleted, I am more sad now that its gone than knowing that he isnt here. At least with his profile being up i could always read his blogs and stuff to see how the man really was so super to his friends and family on here. I am still struggling to realize he is gone some days, just wish I would wake up and he would be back. He truly was one of the best. So to wetshubby and to all the others who have left the site, I raise my Water glass to you and hope you know you are missed and still loved by people here.

i am missing wetshubby right now alot, always was a good guy. really sad he passed away on all of us. i know its selfish of me to want him back but i really did like the guy alot. i know he is in a better place and all but i just cant stand the way he was taken.

this weekend is memorial day weekend for the u.s. and recently i was talking to someone who is a veteran and they were asking people what memorial day meant to them, most young peoples answers were to party or have a three day weekend. that is so wrong on so many levels, memorial day really is about remembering the people who gave there lives for us to have freedoms. it is a time to remember the people that make it possible for us to live our lives in freedom and do as we want, it means i can do mma and not have to be told i cant do it. in my heart i am saluting all the vets and all the people who still are in the military.

some days i wake up and wonder, will the pain of my depression ever go away? i wake and look in the mirror and dont like the person who is staring back at me. i would love just one day to wake up and be happy that i am alive. maybe this is all just a bad dream and when i wake from it, then my life will be happy.
