I decided I would post a few new pics today, one of which is for ley for her bday since i dont know if i will be around to wish her it on friday or not. The other i have posted is the old me from before i have decided to take my life and health into my own hands and workout and lose some weight and gain some strength.

There's a new day on the horizon, there's a risin in the air, somewhere someone is trying to tell me they care. So I'm a lift my head to a new day, plant my feet on the ground. Look at life in a new way and whats goin down. Cuz today's the day that I'm gonna take things slow try, try to change my ways forgive and let all that go. Tell the ones I love what they need to know. Life is an interesting journey,you never know where it will take you. Peaks and valleys, twists and turns, you can get the surprise of your life. Sometimes on your way to where your going you might think, this is the worst time in your life. But you know at the end of the road, through all the adversity if you can get to where your going you realize what don’t kill you makes you stronger, and all the adversity was worth it. But how do you get your life back when you get there? Yea that’s my dilemma......

I know everyone by now has heard about wetshubby. I know he is in a better place but I still can not help but cry when I think about him. I know I am another guy but to me he was probably the best person on here. Even though I know he is in a better place I still feel as though its a dream. He never had a bad word or sour spirit even in the worst of times for himself, always thought of others and really knew how to cheer a room up when he was there. I know everyone who knew him is gonna miss him and I for one will never really know another person like him and I know his family has all of us for support.

For all the people who ask me what pills I take for fat loss and strength gain its easier to explain and show a pic then it is to just explain so here they are

From left to right: Mega Shred,helps tone muscles and promote lean muscle
OxyPro Elite, weight loss pill and diet pill
Creatine Pill, helps promote muscle gain
TripleFlex, for joints
Force Factor, helps with muscle growth and stamina when working out
MultiVitamins, that is self explanatory
Ephedrine, helps cut hunger to almost ZERO

Now its not to say that these pill will work for everyone but they work for me. The only one that I cant really tell people to take is the Ephedrine cuz its a pain in the ass to find cuz the D.E.A. now regulates how and where you can get it.
