Yesterday my bathroom scale gave me bad news. 1.5 Kg more Brr

rrffff! So I have been thinking about a sport ...
And I think I've found the ideal sport: Spanish Triathlon.
Now that gradually approach the summer, we all want to be wonderful ... A proposal!

Drinking: Beer, wine from the "Rioja" and Cider natural Asturian (each product can change at will)

Eating: Paella, tortilla of potato ...! Iberian ham from pigs reared solely on acorns (eat this, it's the closest thing to an orgasm, I feel sorry for Americans, but ...)

Hello friends.
I am usually a quiet man, very quiet, use my time to do things I enjoy doing things well, I have enough patience. But then again I'm a nervous man, yeah, I already know it is a paradox, I do not know if my zodiac sign but it is, when something bothers me, I turned round and over my head and in the process, nerves running through me inside (and outside) ... I always had a very bad habit, in these moments of nervousness, I devoured my nails systematically, many times I have had problems with my fingers, because of this I felt much pain in my fingers.
When I started to send photos to NN, I felt ashamed of my hands, and I got to stop biting my nails, hmmm that pleasure, not pain, unable to collect a coin from a table, strip off a rut, why not be able to scratch ! Ahhhh! . Unfortunately, this past week, I have fallen again into my addiction ... I hope to have forces again, to overcome this.

I have an outstanding debt to the great stories meter. This is the story of an injustice, I hope you enjoy the music.

Hello friends.
After reviewing my backup, I can say that I have not lost anything important

, well, I have lost music and movies, nothing that can not be replaced. This is not the first time I pass (the first time that happened was a disaster), and therefore these past Christmas, I bought an external hard drive, buy the biggest that had 1TB, and it saved my things important, but I have always thought what would happen if they damaged the external hard drive?, will there be to do backups of backups? I start to sound like a spiral.
Now I'm running with the basics: direct access to NN, and now, this is enough.

Hello friends.
Today was another special day, I have come home again soon.
A few months ago, when this occurred, quickly prepared my photographic equipment, camera, tripod, flash ... and started taking pictures, I enjoyed it so much, I was very excited thinking about sending the pictures, when a photo I liked, I thought "hm, this will be the final, this will be the photo that marks a turning point in my relationship NN" but it seems that this is delayed, it seems that I am invisible to most people. A friend told me this is like a roller coaster, some days up some days down, up, down ... I wonder, when I was so high? Because now I am low, I low, and I do not know where I'm going to be able to sink.
Today at 11 AM come home, but without enthusiasm, now I do not want to take pictures, I'm so discouraged, I intend that this will not affect me, but I am not of ice, Uf, I'm doing it again, I'm getting another melancholic time ...

Hello friends.
Speaking of beer, why I think a lot, in beer?, Today I made a picture of the beers that I have now in my house.

They are three very different beers including two Spanish and one American.
First I will talk about Budweiser, St. Louis, Missouri. USA, 5% Alc Vol, Heavens rice used in its production!, A beer is too soft, I do not like much that I bought just because I had an offer: second unit at half price, and I took advantage .
Secondly, Mahou five stars , Madrid, Spain 5.5% Alc Vol, as God commanded, malt and hops, the blonde beer I drink usually , like me, is tasty and balanced, it's delicious.
And finally, Vol-Damm, Barcelona, Spain 7'2 Alc Vol !!!!, Be careful with it, double malt and hops, whenever I go to a bar and I see this beer is available, I can not avoid flavor, it is a beer toasted and strong, very strong but tasty.
Between Madrid and Barcelona, there's always rivalry, being the two largest Spanish cities, and what you can imagine. Speaking of beer, not to decide which ,Madrid or Barcelona? ...

Wow!! I thought I would not have time to talk about this.
Today is a sad anniversary for the world in general and Spain in particular, five years ago today, that the pain traveled the streets of Madrid.
It was the biggest attack in Europe to date, with 10 nearly simultaneous explosions on four trains during rush hour in the morning (between 07.36 and 07.40). Later, after an attempt to off, the police would explosion, in a controlled manner, two devices that had not exploded, disabling a third party who would, through its contents, start the preliminary investigations that lead to the identification of perpetrators. 191 people died and 1858 injured.
