We had a great weekend !!! Got an e-mail and a PM from two NNers who have, recently, been missing in action and can report that they are well and in lov,..... at least, it's safe to say,... "in lust" and working toward love!!!

Ain't life grand!!!!

Pixie got her black, semi-sheer gown from 'Freddies of Hollywood' Saturday and it became the uniform-of-the-day all day Sunday!!! Took some pix and wanted to share, so I copyrighted a few and posted,...

GRRRR, damn thieves mess up everything!!!

We're doing some research as time permits on the thing.

We've uncovered some case law concerning the violation of what's called "intellectual property", i.e. the use of one's words/pictures/etc w/o their expressed or implied permission.

I'm pretty comfortable with the misrepresentation/slander piece but the "implied" piece is the gray area!

ISSUE: Whether a photo posted on a website, adult or otherwise, is still the intellectual property of the owner or is it "implied" that it can be used elsewhere on the net!!!

I want to find at least a case "on point" - directly related to placing a photo online and misrepresenting the person before I say anything conclusive to the NN general population.

Also, there's a difference between misrepresenting and slander!

I don't want to be responsible for sending anyone forth to court unless I'm absolutely certain of what I say!!!

So stay tuned !!!

Now, there's a different woman's pic under the "Lazy Thomas" story in the archives where her's was !!!

We're still continuing our legal research so that we can give NNers in the U.S. an option to stolen pix!!!

One of the conditions that allows a person can file in Fed Court is when the parties live in different states.

Plus, as releif, one can always request that the guilty party pay their legal fees but to file Pro Se, on your own is always an option!

We will post our research results in a thread once we've finished.

Family, thanks to some really cool NNers, I saw my wife spread over the home page of another site !!!

Hey, it's the chance you take !!!

However, when the NN family tipped us off, I investigated and found my wife's picture dead center on the page and a ficticious story that followed!!!

I PM'd the particular admin who posted the entry and told him to remove the pic as their site allows!

He responded by telling me that the picture was taken the day before he posted it,.... while she [Pixie] came over for a romp !!!

I FUCKIN' EXPLODED!!! The pic was from a set of pix we posted of Pixie in her black pleated skirt during 2005 !!! Some of you A0s & 5's may remember!!! I sent him another pic from the series, showing her in the same outfit - date stamped !!!

He D.I.L.L.I.G.A.F-ed me!!!

CRY HAVOC, AND LET SLIP THE DOGS OF WAR!

First, she was stolen and digitalized for e-bay,.... Now, this !!!

E-NUFF IS E-NUFF !!!

We don't have anything better to do but use our assets - - to use all our legal knowledge, legal research skills, and every tool we have to bring that site down !!! We are gonna litigate him off the net !!!

..............and make him pay!!!

Well,... the new 'baby' is out in front of the house!

Our "rebate" for high taxes and fucked up roads, courtesy of the governor and the state lottery authority!!!

97 Nissan "Pathfinder", Teal [it's fuckin' green], and loaded for bear, Bose system and the "woiks"!!!

We named it "Buster" b/c somehow the SUV looks like a buster !!! Nicety pix will cum soon as soon as the rain stops and it warms up,... can't allow the she-elf's "kitty" to catch a cold!!!

Okay,... so, I won $3 Grand the Wednesday before we left for the Sands in Atlantic City on our anniversary!!! Not too shabby!!!

Yesterday, on our son's birthday, MY birthday number came out in our daily lottery and we capped another shitload of money!!!

Amount not important, that we're going to get that used Nissan 'Pathfinder' tomorrow IS IMPORTANT - courtesy of the state lottery !!!

It was wild, they were all over the place looking at pansies and gerraniums, etc and left me holding the 25 LB of manure !!!
