Friday, May 17, 2013, 12:41:12 AM- in the mirror
Heard this in a movie I was watching and it made me go hmmmmm, When you look into a mirror you are not actually seeing yourself as you are that very second, what you are seeing is an image of yourself from a nanosecond earlier. It took me a moment to think it through but it makes sense if you think about the fact that it takes a fraction of a second for the image your eyes see to be recognized by your brain. Therefore the image of you in the mirror is actually an image of you from a nanosecond earlier... odd

Sunday, May 12, 2013, 11:38:32 AM- adult website???
Before you say I am doing the same thing I am complaining about if I saw you act like this in real life I would be saying the same thing I am doing now.

This is an adult website, with adults attacking people they call children and childish all the time. Question, do you do that in real life, if you see a "child" doing something that you have decided is "wrong", do you verbally abuse them? I am guessing you do not, however the anonymity that the internet provides you, also provides an opportunity to act like a true child and attack those who you deem "childish".
How is it that trying to get someone kicked off a website because they are annoying you an adult behavior? How is it that constantly talking about what someone you do not like is doing, an adult behavior? How is it that whining about how someone is an attention whore, while constantly pining for attention and whining about not getting any, an adult behavior?
Seriously to all those adults who would rather bitch, whine and complain, than ignore or use the appropriate channels of grievance... GROW THE FUCK UP!!!
This is an adult website where many of the same people who are constantly attacking others for what they are doing, whining about how people are enjoy themselves, also are constantly saying people should be able to enjoy themselves however they want. When truth is you think they should only enjoy themselves as you see fit and everyone should except you and who you see fit, while the rest of us should accept you no matter how you behave.... again GROW THE FUCK UP!!!

Ooh yeah and as an adult I would gladly add many of those people who act childish to my block list, but as a moderator I can not, so instead I delete unwanted comments and shit talk from my updates, pictures, and blogs, and I will continue to do so. Adults know how to self moderator and when to stay away from things they do not like... smile

Friday, May 10, 2013, 1:57:00 AM- the ultimate question... maybe
Watched "John Dies at the End" and this was in the opening of the movie, great movie by the way very funny and worth a watch if you like funny odd ball movies... anyway here goes:

Solving the following riddle will reveal the awful secret behind the universe, assuming you do not go utterly mad in the attempt. If you already happen to know the awful secret behind the universe, feel free to skip ahead.

Let’s say you have an ax. Just a cheap one, from Home Depot. On one bitter winter day, you use said ax to behead a man. Don’t worry, the man was already dead. Or maybe you should worry, because you’re the one who shot him.

He had been a big, twitchy guy with veiny skin stretched over swollen biceps, a tattoo of a swastika on his tongue. Teeth filed into razor-sharp fangs, you know the type. And you’re chopping off his head because, even with eight bullet holes in him, you’re pretty sure he’s about to spring back to his feet and eat the look of terror right off your face.

On the follow-through of the last swing, though, the handle of the ax snaps in a spray of splinters. You now have a broken ax. So, after a long night of looking for a place to dump the man and his head, you take a trip into town with your ax. You go to the hardware store, explaining away the dark reddish stains on the broken handle as barbecue sauce. You walk out with a brand new handle for your ax.

The repaired ax sits undisturbed in your garage until the next spring when, on one rainy morning, you find in your kitchen a creature that appears to be a foot-long slug with a bulging egg sac on its tail. Its jaws bite one of your forks in half with what seems like very little effort. You grab your trusty ax and chop the thing into several pieces. On the last blow, however, the ax strikes a metal leg of the overturned kitchen table and chips out a notch right in the middle of the blade.

Of course, a chipped head means yet another trip to the hardware store. They sell you a brand new head for your ax. As soon as you get home with your newly-headed ax, though, you meet the reanimated body of the guy you beheaded last year. He’s also got a new head, stitched on with what looks like plastic weed trimmer line, and it’s wearing that unique expression of “you’re the man who killed me last winter” resentment that one so rarely encounters in everyday life.

You brandish your ax. The guy takes a long look at the weapon with his squishy, rotting eyes and in a gargly voice he screams, “That’s the same ax that beheaded me!”

Is he right?

Wednesday, May 8, 2013, 5:41:33 PM- my first college degree...
a week from Saturday I will be marching and receive my first college degree, for biological sciences {I can become a lab tech if I wanted}. In the fall I start the nursing program at the same college, I passed the PAX exam without any problems smile. I had intended on getting my nails done to match my cap and gown black on black, a matte finish for the nail itself and gloss tips. However the salon stopped using the product that would have been needed to be used, due to it being of poor quality. I ended up getting this done instead using black and maroon the school colors...

Tuesday, April 16, 2013, 5:27:31 PM- whats your favorite color?

what is your favorite color of M&M... mine is Orange... I found out today that tan is not the only color of M&M that they have retired, in the original packages the had brown, yellow, green, red, and violet which was the first color to be retired. red was actually retired in the 70s and in 87 was added back, until this time the milk chocolate M&Ms always had 5 colors when red was giving its place back they changed it to 6 colors.

Friday, April 5, 2013, 8:12:51 PM- Warning this may contain Spoilers
EVIL DEAD {2013}
I am not a fan of remakes, they are typically horrible, and can in no way compare to the original. Footloose and Fright Night are two prime examples of this. With the story lines being far from what we remember, and in many cases completely new.
With that said I will say do not go into the theater expecting Ash, or any of the ham acting you may remember from the original. The story while being different from that of 1981 cult classic, was actually rather good. Still not really scary but there were some scenes that will jump those who are not horror fans. There is a fair amount of gore, but not enough to make me say it was a gore film. {no Tipper's or Al's were harmed in the making of this film}
The opening was far from that of the original however it fit the story and was rather good way to start the film. They did have some of the classic and well known scenes like the tree , and the cutting off of the hand, the girl locked in the basement mocking someone... But each is a little different then the original and good in their own right. As I said do not expect Ash in anyway, but the film does pay homage to the hero of the original trilogy in its own way. Stay through the credits as they play the original tape recording, and there is a small clip after that is worth seeing.
All in all, while I am disappointed that they changed the story I am also glad, because no one can ever replace Bruce Campbell, and to even try would be a disservice to the B Movie King. However I am impressed that I have seen a remake that not only I enjoyed but Master did as well... So how do I rate the movie you might ask? with one word... Groovy!

Monday, March 25, 2013, 2:17:44 PM- Weekend Fun!!!
this weekend was a great time, Friday through to this morning I spent in Boston with Master and 2 of my friends from highschool. We went to Pax East, a convention for everything geek and gamer related. Over the course of the weekend I got to tease geeks and nerds, and while in the hotel we saw a rather large man in full Spider Man costume get removed from the hotel bar by security, he apparently had challenged someone to a superhero show down, the bartender however did not like the idea. We saw an pre Atlas training Bat Man, seriously the guy was at best 100lbs wearing a costume that was way to large for him, it was hanging off him. We saw Super Man cry because he was 3 people too late for the panel he wanted to get into. I love it, surrounded by geeks and nerds for 3 days straight it was hell on earth and yet nirvana at the same time. Only two issues I had was 1 I did not get to meet team unicorn and sex was limited as most times we had at least one other person in the hotel room, luckily shower sex was easily had... Next year we are getting our own room, and we will be able to do pictures, and not just me doing selfshots in the bathrooms when my friends are in a panel or off teasing nerds...
