feeling a bit down today. Had a doc's appt to go over the results of a test and as usual no good news - ever notice that doctors rarely have good news? Anyways, long story short, I have developed COPD and the onset of emphysema. NO one to blame but myself, I've been a smoker since I was a teen... I've quit a couple of times but always started up again. So now I HAVE to quit, which ain't gonna be fun. I have a prescription for Champix which will help with cravings but apparently it is a derivative of an anti-depressant and one of it's major side effects is - what else?- depression - go figure! So if I don't seem myself, I'm not- I'll beg your forgiveness now rather than later. One of the other side effects is vivid dreams - hopefully some of you ladies will visit me in my dreams and make the experience worthwhile.
Actually, the whole reason for this babble was a random kick in the ass by co-incidence. As I dropped off my prescription - feeling a bit down and sorry for myself- I saw a little girl in the pharmacy. She was about 4 or 5 years old and already confined to a wheelchair. The realization that I have had a pretty good life so far and managed to last 60 years and still be on my own two feet made me kind of snap out of it. That poor kid has barely started life and she has greater problems than my wheezing. I'm not saying I don't still feel a little bit kicked in the teeth but in perspective it's really not that bad.
I didn't write this for a sympathy vote or anything like that, it just struck me that life has a way of putting our problems into perspective if we just open our eyes.
Lastly, friends and acquaintances both.... FFS get OFF the coffin nails before you have to deal with this too. Even people I can't stand should stop smoking.. except for those fuckers that post revenge pics.. them I want to smoke 3 packs a day and suffer ya bastids.. fakers, you can cut back to 2 packs a day.

has declared that there will be no Nativity scene on Parliament Hill this Christmas.
In their unanimous written decision the court declared that the bad was not for religious reasons but instead stated that:
a) there are no wise men in Ottawa; and
b) the search for a virgin has thus far been fruitless but is continuing.
The Court finalized its statement by conceding that there is indeed a sufficient number of jackasses available to fill the stable

I have never really been one to blog, keep a journal, yadda yadda. I love to read but hate to write so it takes a bit for me to put stuff down.
First the whats:
You won't find here are links to youtube music vids - I think the idea is moronic, I don't care what music anyone else likes and I won't subject you to my musical tastes unless you happen to be driving with me somewhere.
You won't find any copy/pastes of "inspirational" quotes - they are already all over the web and really mean nothing to me.
You may find me ranting about something that really, really pisses me off- not likely because I hate to write but entirely possible.

Enough of that now the whys:
I came here like many others simply because i like to see naked people - real people, not plastic bodied cynical people that get nude or fuck because they are getting paid. Older,younger, bigger,smaller, big tits, little tits, big cocks, little cocks - as long as they are ordinary people i like to look at them.
I occasionally like to post pics because its kind of a thrill and yes, I'm human and sometimes need a little ego boost.
I enjoy reading some blogs for a little insight into people, for a laugh, so see what it looks like around where they are or travel to.
Status can be fun- the people who poke fun at each other that is, not the idiots who tell the world they are horny (doh- get real ya fuckin morons, what else brought anyone here in the first place?)
Chat can also be fun with the right bunch of people - I'm not necessarily the biggest chatter but I enjoy seeing what people are saying.
Last but not least by far are friends. I don't make friends easily, never have. I like to think I am friendly but only a few will ever get to know the "me" .. it's a trust thing and trust, like respect, has to be earned.
So.. that's it, you may now proceed to snarl, snap, leave such comments as you desire or ignore it completely.

So.. about 3 or 4 weeks ago or so I got sick, nothing big just the flu or something. Anyways, I was sick enough to not smoke and thought that maybe I had finally after many years managed to kick the habit ... oh what fools these mortals be.
I have failed. I am smoking again dammit. Not as much as before, in fact a pack of 25 lasts me 4 or 5 days now as I still don't smoke once I get home from work. My excuse for smoking is simple - I don't have one other than everyone should have a vice or two. I don't drink so I guess smoking and pervin NN are mine.. not at the same time though, it can lead to nasty burns in places you don't want lol.
I guess the long and short of it is, I'm still trying to stop so maybe a wish or two for good luck will help.
