Well, two things to note really (for me anyway)

1. Touch Wood this will be the 3rd day I have not had any of those sharp painful cluster headaches. I know they will be back though (that is the down side of them).

2. I am feeling a little better today emotionally etc. Beware still though If Ya piss me off!!! Cos I will bite your scrawny little arses smilesmilesmile

This blog will be my tribute for my Mum's husband who passed away 11pm on 23rd April 2012 BST.
They had been married for 22 years next month - he was 82 years old.
He was a musician, played the drums and sang Frank Sinatra & Dean Martin Songs, he was rather good at it. He played back up for a lot of singers and bands in the UK, even played on a few records.

He always sang when he had a chance at any Karaoke event to a Frank Sinatra song, he normally won aswell.
Will always remember him singing this:

Ok I have had enough for a while - i'm going back to bed to see if I can get any relief from these mofo's.

The worst kind - I had migraines when I was younger and thought they were bad - I was so very wrong!

After reading a few blogs on here that other people have written about their losses of friends and loved ones, I felt somewhat compelled to post a couple of what I hope are comforting pictures I found on the www.
Rocky and I have gone through this part of life too many times.

Remembrance, Love, Hugs and Compassion To Everyone. Time is a great healer, but we shall never forgot those whom we have lost.
