was here today for a "town hall" meeting. He was at the highscool where my kids graduated.
That is cool for the kids to see the president so close.

7 days til the adoption event. After 27 months as Foster Parents we will become the little ones legal forever parents.
When we took her it was an emergency situation and I never thought it would be permanent. But I am glad we have her.
We know have an even number of 8 kids between us and 8 grandkids total. Eight is a good number for us right now.

My other count down is for my trip to Dallas.
Going to visit my youngest Son. Mom needs to see for herself he is doing fine.

This weekend was rainy but still pretty full of activity.
Only thing that could have made it better would have been sex that involved 2 people. Oh well I gave my new toy a test drive.
