Recently I went to meet pat benatar who has written a book entitled "between a heart and a rock place". She did a book signing, where she did 400 autographs in one hour....that's like TEN seconds per person. After that I decided to check out the movie set for "transformers 3". There was mass destruction everywhere. I will be heading up to the big city for a full day of fun. This morning there will be a parade and rally for the stanley cup champions. Later I will be attending the cubs and white sox crosstown classic. To top the day of I will attend the "blues festival".....gonna be a good day

Stanley cup hockey finals begin today. It's blackhawks vs flyers and I am excited. It has been since 1992 that the blackhawks were in the finals. I really dont remember that as 1992 was a low point in my life, my mother had just died and my 42 y/o sister was dying from cancer

. Then again the penquins took that series in 4 games ( not worth remembering). To the loser of the series I think of the fats Domino song best done by cheap trick "ain't that a shame"....juicy I will be waiting by MY mailbox *chuckle*

Of course I love to be naked whenever I can,then add some live music and you get the naked music festival I attended this weekend. The nudist resort I have been visiting held a 2 day festival. The first day was more of an open mike type thing. I did not attend this day because my favorite band chickenfoot was playing so I attended that instead. The second day of the fest had four live bands, classic rock, country, oldies and also dance. All the bands had the place dancing. There were hundreds of people attending from as young as three to about eighty. Everybodys bits were swaying in the breeze to the music. Perfect weather after the heavy rain passed. Turned out to be a near perfect day ( just need to find a nudist girlfriend). I am looking forward to the naked music fest 2010. I will leave you with my favorite song by chickenfoot "soap on a rope".....don't forget to bring your dancin shoes

I had so much fun while I was in Canada, I hated to leave. Although it does feel good to sleep in your own bed. I had five fantastic days there. Ju is the hostess with the mostess....class, charm, personality, hospitality. I got there before cas, ju and I picked her up from the airport. We took the round about scenic tour home (lol).We returned to the house, chatted, had some beers and got better acquainted. The first full day we went downtown and took a tour of the city. We got on one of the open top double decker buses. We were laughing (there's that word again) so hard from "ducking" tree branches and under viaducts. what a beautiful city. Later I got to walk on the glass floor again...that is still so creepy. Got back to ju's ate (well I might add) and just waited for par to show up. After his arrival we talked into the early morning hours. As for myself I am a morning person (often early to bed early to rise). Well the other three are night people (late to bed late to rise). I was always the first to retire for the evening. I felt like I was missing some of the fun. That first night par was there the other three decided to go to the lake at night (par had never seen the great lakes at night as well as an excuse to get out of the house) while I was sleeping...or maybe my snoring got them out of the house. I was always the first one up. Each day I took an hour walk along a trail near ju's house. What a nice trail, at one point you are deep in the forest and other areas are open like a park. One morning I encountered a small deer near the open area. It kinda startled me or I spooked it. Wednesday was of course my birthday, the minature golf was fun, the whole day was a day to remember forever. Thursday was awesome too, as we went to niagara falls. All my life I really had no interest for going there, but I thought cas and par as well as ju would want me to go. Damn I am so glad I did, it was awesome, I don't know how many times I said "wow". Friday was more of a lazy day as it was par's departure day. We went out one last time together for breakfast and a tour of some homes in the area. We also took one last trip to the lake.. Before to long par had left for home. It was then I knew my time to leave was near, I really didn't want to. sure enough saturday morning came around and I was off. I find out from ju they had very bad weather pass thru, I left just in time. So I am back in my usual rountine, I can't wait to go back. I will exit to the kinks "til the end of the day"

I left off just before we left for minature golf. kid 2 joined us for golf, we were not keeping score and we were taking double swings, not to mention air hockey pucks flying all over the place. We declared kid 2 the wiinner (wink, wink). After that we took par down to the lakefront as he has never been to the great lakes. Finally it was time to return to the house. At this point juicy insist that I wear a "birthday boy" ribbon ALL day. She said if I didn't there would be consequences. I chose to obey her demands.I had stepped out for a minute so they could set up the decorations and get presents ready. I return and juicy tells me of a tradtion in her house that the "birthday boy" put the icing on the cake himself.Needless to say they were laughing (there's that word again) at me as I tried to smooth out the icing. Around this time I received a phone call from a wonderful lady....it was just looking calling to wish me a happy birthday, which made me smile, ty. It was time for presents. Cas had got me a Neil Young "europian tour" t=shirt and also a guitar hero "air guitar", it is really cool. We sat on the back patio drinking and chating. Juicy prepared steak and potatos....it was delicious. The weather was perfect, about 28 c or about 82 f. After dinner we just sat outside chatting and enjoying each other's company the rest of the evening. What a great day with good friends. Oh and btw it was ME who "unpacked the groceries".

We were all having fun. At one point I returned to my room to get a CD. Cas had followed me to my room. She wanted to give me a "birthday kiss". After a few beers that "kiss" turned into some groping. Before to long juicy wondered what happened to us and caught us fooling around. After a few minutes of laughing (there's that word again), just as cas was about to go down on me, Par walks on on us........you will not guess what happened next.......I woke up.....yeah it was only a dream....lmao

The big day is here. It is still early yet...not even 9 am, the others are still sleeping. Par arrived about 11 last night, we sat and chated for hours. I went to bed after 1 am, not really sure when the others did. So my last blog really came back to bite me in the ass (lmao, refer to ju's blog)...2k thinks he is being laughed AT...it's all in good fun. We plan to go minature golfing today then the party will begin in earnest...I will keep you posted.

It's that familar sign we all see in windows of barbershops and busnesses everywhere....gone fishing, to let everyone know we are off to do something we love. If you know me, you know I love to laugh. The phrase could be gone sight seeing, gone minature golfing, gone walking, gone bike riding, gone celebrating, gone eating, gone drinking, gone to the nude beach. Of all the fun things I will be doing I look most forward to just laughing and seeing old as well as making new friends. I am off on an adventure that will have memories of a lifetime. More to come.....although it's a song about laughing at someone instead of with them....I leave you with the Guess Who's "laughing"
